THE “GENTLEMAN’S WEEKENDER TACKLE BOX”

Modest in size yet loaded with features, this tackle box was designed for the shorter duration excursion.  Within its 18” X 10” X 10” main tub lies a unique one piece removable tray stand used for positioning of the two trays.  Each of the two trays, one full and one half size, have removable ribs allowing for seven positions in the full tray and three in the half.  The half tray can slide back and forth along the lower tray rail allowing for bulkier items to be stowed below.
The lid features a very unique parallel wooden locking system used to house up to four retro style live rig floats.  The wooden lock is activated by lifting up the 1/4” brass rod to open, pushing down to close.

WEEKa
Classic “Box Joint” construction is used throughout along with step dowels for added strength at every corner of the main tub and lid.  The trays also include box joint construction and feature cork lined bottoms along with the main tub.
We purposely chose non-coated solid cast iron hardware throughout which will rust to the patina of your choice likely on your first memorable trip.  To top it off we add a solid pewter musky centered on the front lid panel signifying the intent of this box.  Doesn’t get a whole lot more “Custom” than that!.

WEEKb
This box is sold without lures and floats as shown in the photos, available in walnut or cherry.  We use difficult to find antique sash locks for the lid closure which can be slightly different in design from what is shown in the photos.
